Your ATTENTION Please
In the interest of starting our meetings on time PLEASE pre-register your entries by sending a plant entry list to the judging chair for your location,
by 7 p.m., the night before your judging session.

Please plan on arriving on-site at least 30 minutes prior to judging to verify your plant registration with the Center Clerk. You may fill out the entry form in advance by printing out the PDF file provided here and bringing with your plants to the judging site.

If you have not previously entered plants at our center you may be required to register your name, address, phone and e-mail contact with the clerk.
Orchids are Reviewed for Flower Quality, Cultural and Botanical Awards
​
When a plant is awarded at a judging session, the exhibitor receives an award form with the plant description details, and award type granted, to take home. An official award photo is taken at the judging session. Plants that have been awarded require further *processing by the American Orchid Society. When processed, the exhibitor will have the option to receive a printed certificate with the award information or select to print their own with a photo of the awarded plant. Once processed, the official description, photo and exhibitor information appears in OrchidPro. OrchidPro is the American Orchid Society proprietary awards database, accessible by all AOS members. Awards also appear in a future issue of the American Orchid Society monthly magazine ORCHIDS.

*NOTE ON AOS AWARDS FEE: Any plant brought in for review may be considered for awards unless specified “NOT FOR AOS JUDGING”. Each person showing plants or flowers; agrees to accept any award given and to pay the processing fees for such awards to the AMERICAN ORCHID SOCIETY, INC.

NOTICE
For Cut Flower Judging- WHEN SHIPPING - Be aware of Center Judging Dates and Times.
Due to travel time to judging centers, flowers must arrive prior to judging date.
Check with Center Chair for further instructions.
Cut flowers will not be returned to exhibitor unless prior pre-paid shipping arrangements are made.
